He didn't actually complete the work for us, so I cannot comment on his quality or value. All I know is he was overwhelmingly negative when he first came round, and then never got in contact again after promising to come back with a price in the next couple of days. The reason I came to Rated People was to avoid such typical tradesman behaviour.
