I have a Sirrus 1850 shower mixer that has recently been re-fitted in a redecorated bathroom. When in use, the mixer leaks water from the controls. I have purchased a Sirrus seals kit as I expect the issue is that the rubber seals have perished beign 10 years old (and I cleaned the unit using a strong cleaner whilst it was off the wall).

Repair leak under the bath, I think the connection between the bath overflow and sink waste water is leaking. the access is from the room next door as the bathroom is tiled and it look as though its below the floorboads. Would prefer to aviod retiling. Advise on repair / replace shower that doesnt run hot. we have a combi boiler. cant estimate budget as dont know what's wrong with the shower!

Job description
Hello, Was trying to fit my new bathroom basin, pedestal and tap but have hit a stumbling block regarding the pipe work and tap tails. Basically the particular connecting hoses(tap tails) required for the tap fitting only seem to come in 300mm lengths so I would assume the best solution is to extend the copper(chrome covered) pipes by about 150-200mm to provide the extra length needed. I look forward to hearing from you.
