Carpentry & joinery job in SO32

A further update. After many, many phone calls and messages, Graham emailed to say he would fix the problem and could I measure the panel and send him the details. I was taken aback I had relied on him to measure the job properly and instead sent him his own drawings so he could engineer the replacement panel. I told him we were relieved to hear from him and could he please fit the panel as soon as possible to ensure the job was finished to the standards we had paid for. More weeks have gone by and nothing, we now feel fobbed off and angry and we really don't understand the problem. We are sad to say we are collating evidence for a county court judgement. Very sadnand disappointed.
