Plastering & rendering job in G41

Terry Diver and his team were fantastic. They renovated our kitchen ceiling expertly and in record time. As a result we gave them the job of upgrading the rest of the kitchen. Terry is charming and down to earth. He is sensitive to the needs of the people living in the house and makes practical suggestions accordingly. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team. I would not hesitate to ask them to do other work. It seems they can turn their hand to anything. Full marks!

Roofing job in PA10

I had encountered problems finding a quality roofer who would take the time to examine my slate roof on a listed building. Terry spent a long time with me examining the roof inside and out and I was reassured by his knowledge and manner. Whilst previous companies examining the problem had suggested roof replacements, Terry was able to find the source of the problem (a decayed roof ridge) and provide a cost effective solution. At no stage did he try to sell me any unneccessary services or to escalate the cost. I was therefore confident in his ability and solution. He dealt with licenses and contractors for the erection of scaffolding and kept me informed at each stage of the process. The final work was completed with minimal fuss and on budget. Whilst I did not go ahead with the new bathroom I had also asked him to provide a quote for, his proposed layout, method of work and cost were more competitive than any others that I had received. I would recommend Terry (Giffnock property services) to anyone sick of conmen and rip off artists (as I am). Trustworthy, competitive pricing and reliable. I ask for nothing more. Mark
