Our Experience

Grainger & Hall Ltd is a family run business and pride ourselves on a friendly and reliable service with as little disruption to the customer as possible.We were time served for a large domestic company who done both new build and occupied work, so we are very experienced in both aspects. We sepcialise in all areas of domestic work from a extra socket,fuse board changes right through to a new build or rewire. We also have good experience in wall mounting of flat screen tv's and modern low energy L.E.D lighting. Aerials & networks job in NE12

Ben @Grainger & Hall was a great person to deal with. Took the effort to price the job properly and provide a timely quote. When it came to doing the job, which often turn out to be more challenging than you initially thought, he stayed to get the job done despite technical problems - which were at my end , not his. I reccomend this company! I'll be honest I had some quotes from others who were more immediately available and who quoted cheaper, so were attractive BUT I went with this company because: (a) They came reccomended here (b) Contacted me proactively by email - hurrah, suits my work/home life :) (c) Turned up when we said to price the job - the others I had quotes from couldn't even be bothered to come and see, just guessed a price over the phone. Ben came up from Sunderland, a canny way from my house, in an evening to price the job (d) Written quote with all aspects covered so I felt confident in his price Well worth the extra for a good job imo

Electrical work job in SR3

An excellent service and some excellent work from a great bunch of lads. The job was carried out spot on time and on budget. Thoroughly helpful throughout I would highly recommend Grainger & Hall to anyone. Considering the amount of work that was done the mess was minimal and the attitude first class.

Electrical work job in DH4

I was contacted by three electricians via Rated People. All three visited and promised to provide quotes. Only two did; one a whole week later. Needless to say Ben Grainger got the work. Not only did he provide a favourable price within 24 hours by email and by post, he phoned to confirm the details. We agreed a start date and he contacted me beforehand to check everything was ok. He and his colleague arrived exactly at the time agreed and completed the work as planned. There was no mess to clear up afterwards. I am more than happy to recommend Grainger and Hall for your electrical work.
