Didn't even get a quote from this Company as they didn't turn up on time for an appointment (which was 10am on a Saturday morning). The salesman phoned at 10.05 to say he was running 10 minutes late but when he hadn't turned up by 10.30 I rang him and he was 'just round the corner'. 15 minutes later still no sign of him so I rang him again and told him not to bother as our 11 o'clock appointment was already with us. He was very surly and then kept phoning my mobile. Appalling service.
