Overall very pleased with work done. Mark did exactly what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted and was very honest about what was needed. He also helped source the shower for the job for no charge and project managed the work of the electrician and tiler that was also required (very pleased with the work done by these also!). He was very accomodating in when the work and quoting was done which can be difficult for us with busy lives. If I was looking for a negative the only thing I could say is that he finds himself running late from time to time but who doesn't and didn't bother me. No reservations in recommending Heritage Plumbing to anyone. Cheers Tony
