I found James and his team very professional. They arrived on time every day, were tidy when they finished for the day and most importantly they didn't take on any other jobs until ours was complete. James and his team were more than accommodating to our needs and finished the job ahead of schedule. It is obvious they take pride in their work which is assuring when you are putting your faith and money into someone elses' hands. I would certainly recommend Home Sweet Home Developments and if we are doing any other work in the future I would be sure to use them again. We are really pleased with our wardrobe/ensuite conversion and the toilet facilities under the stairs we don't know how we lived without!

First class in all aspects of the job. From providing the quote through to completing the job, James and the team were helpful and very professional. The job was done for a very competitive price and completed in the agreed timescale. Highly recommended.

Building job in BT41

Very happy with completed work. James and his firm completed our kitchen conversion; including knocking through our existing kitchen wall into our garage to provide a larger space. Work included removing existing kitchen; removal of existing structural wall between kitchen and garage; the provision of new steel support beam; forming a new room and finishing floors, internal walls and ceilings. Also closed up an existing external door and provided a window in its' place. All works were included in the agreed price i.e. electrics, joinery and masonary, except plumbing works which were provided by a local plumber. We found James to be an honest and reliable person - who kept us well informed throughout the project. We would recommend "home sweet home developments". James also provided us with the assurance of a formal contract, with a firm price in staged payments and definate start and completion date. He also liaised thoughout the project with building control and final payment was not required until we had recieved our building control certificate. Quality of workmanship was good and we would use "home sweet home developments" again.
