Plumbing job in BS2

Mark was very helpful in the quoting process, amending the spec of his quote without complaint, to allow comparison with others received. He was easy to contact, came on the date organised and the only issue was his supplier not getting in the tank originally ordered. Mark dealt with this quickly and then proceeded to install all on the same day. He took time to explain a couple of points on operating the new tank before he left as well. Overall, very pleased.

Heating job in BS16

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Plumber failed to arrive at the agreed time, after I had taken the morning off work. After two hours, I phoned plumber and was given the excuse that he had 'fallen off a ladder and broken his leg'. A friend called him later to discuss another job requiring access to a loft, which he provisionally agreed to visit for the following day - questioned about his 'broken leg' he hung up. Clearly a fabrication. I find Hotspot heating and plumbing too unreliable to recommend.

Mark was a great guy to use, very trustworthy and reliable. He was way and above more affordable than other plumbers, and did a very good job. Very nice man to have around, would reccomend him to anyone.
