Within hours of submitting my requirements, Steve had contacted me, visited the property and provided me with an e-mailed quote. The quote was very thorough and competitive. I'm so pleased I opted to use Steve's company for the job, as he kept me up to date with where the work was up to, and expected completion timescales. He also paid real attention to things that would matter to me, such as the aesthetics of the work, and providing explanations of all the controls. Steve did a really tidy job and completed everything that was required in a really thorough manner. I was nervous of using a tradesman, who I did not know, but having read the ratings, and chosen Steve's company, I could not have hoped for a better outcome, and will definitely be keeping Steve's number or future plumbing and heating work.

Steve's quote was very competitive and I am so glad I decided to use his firm. His plumbing is exceptional and his work shows a high level of skill and attention to detail. Cannot rate him highly enough and to top it all he is extremely tidy too. Will certainly use again without hesitation.
