I have subcontracted to mcarthy & stone for the last 25 years and there management company Peverel. They are the biggest retirement builder in UK doing all building maintenance disabled access walk-showers etc.   also i have certificates for wood treatment ,Damp,Brick ties, and insured up-to 20000.All work undertaken.References available.
