The electrician did a good job on the day. However, there was an additional job that needed doing which I am still waiting for quotes. Its been nearly 3 months since then.Bashir, L24 Show comments Hide comments

Although the electrician attended the job promptly and completed what was asked to do in order to make the kitchen safe to use. I have concern that the work was a little rushed and the electrician replaced our old sockets with other old ones. I had to get another electrician to correct some of the minor issues.

Hi Unsure if you have the correct electrician then, as we did not change any sockets. When we visited site the job description had changed from loose wiring to replacement consumer unit, we quoted, you accepted, we carried out said work on the day and on time,with certification sent on afterwards. On leaving you asked my colleaugue for a seperate quote which i emailed to you. Not sure what more we can do to satisfy your requirements.
