£845 for an office desk which didn't have bottoms to the drawers (it was explained this wasn't an over-sight - hanging files don't require draw bottoms..); they were fitted. A grommet placed directly over the under struts to the filing draws, so not fit for purpose (so another hole/grommet had to be sunk), said draws also then covered the already installed socket points in the wall preventing me using one, a further full grommet requested for computer + speaker + mouse wires in screen shelf as previous 'hole' was far too tiny and couldn't have accepted a grommet cup to match all others.
No insurance shown although requested.
3 x Cupboards: also built with grommets for wires, but inside shelves not cut (until specifically requested) to allow for wires to reach sockets.
Although quoted with backs and sides, it was offered that I didn't require them as I had newly painted surrounding walls which could become back + sides. They *were* fitted.
Everything *NOW* looks "Great" (as per rating stars) beautiful, but it was a difficult & unfriendly contract.
