J quoted the same day after a visit to the property. The quote was very reasonable compared to the previous quote from "British Gas' They started work the following day, arriving at the time promised. As it happenned, the job was a lot harder than 1st thought and he and assistant worked non stop for 11 hours to fix problem, installing lots more pipework and valves in a very old system. (He also even fixed a leaking toilet whilst flushing!) He stuck to his original quote and wouldn't take any extra for all his time and extra parts. I have been dealing with tradesmen for many years and have never met one so dedicated, hardworking, knowledgable and honest as J. They have restored my faith in humanity!! I cannot find words to rate this company high enough! They are brilliant, work superb, left house immaculate and extremely polite and good value. Thankyou so much J, the best plumbing services I have ever had. HIGHLY RATED AS SUPERB.
