job that involved brickwork, window fitting & french doors adding. Started well, brickwork & door quality was excellent, but window quality & astragal bars were poor, they have now fallen off, fitted without clips & finish is poor. Plasterer was also poor & we had to complete finishing work. Job took few attempts as had to call back due to wrong things being ordered. Paul was to send us clips for the window a month ago but has not. Overall happy but disappointed with finish and communication.

Sorry you have not recieved the clips I was informed by window supplier that they would send them directly to you and not hearing anything to the contrary I assumed they had, I will chase this up for you on Monday.
Any other problems with the finish of the plastering our plasterer would be happy to put right. I did at the time apologise for the widow supplier making a mistake on your window
