Andy was fantastic and came to our house out of hours to quote the job, told us what was wrong there and then which was a simple fix and did not charge us for anything even though he had to pay to pick up the job! He was brilliant and really easy to talk to.

Initially I contacted him to say that the problem seemed to have rectified itself and I wouldnt need him after all. Several months later I had problems again and he came out , ordered the parts a returned exaclty when he said he would. Great service !
