Casey, was polite and professional. He provided a clear understandable roofing quote from the outset, and was able to do the works within a couple of days of agreeing to terms. Trustworthy while we were at work, and the place was tidy on our return. He was happy to go through the work that was done and providing photos and comprehensive 10 year guarantee on completion. I so wanted to give a great review. In June, my flat roof needed felt replacing. Casey appears to have done a good job for CIH in one day. I've had no leaks when it rains. At the same time he replaced a broken piece of waste-pipe that runs along the roof. The pipe blocked in July. I paid for a plumber. Casey had replaced it with a piece from another pipe but left the anti-nesting cage in it! I told Casey, he said he'd reimburse me. It's October and he still hasn't. Work was good, shame about the end result.

Dear Paul, I'm shocked you have left this feed back as I have said i would refund the cost of the plumber. We just haven't had the time to get over your area to post it yet.
