My description of Lee would be 'he does exactly what it says on the tin'!! Decided straight away that they would be the ones we would use, after seeing 3 people. First impressions were that he LISTENED to what we wanted. He made helpful suggestions - but was never pushy. Two of his strongest points are reliability. and communication. Communication is excellent. He is trustworthy, if he said he would do something, he did, if he agreed a time to be here and was held up, he always contacted me to update so I was never left waiting in, wondering if they would arrive. He has always come back if there were minor loose ends to finish off, even after the job was officially finished, and paid for. My tatty old garage is now a domestic haven! Don't know why we didn't have it done years ago. Very pleased with the job Lee (and son) and Wes have done. They're a good team. I never felt as though they were in the way, they were always considerate of us. We may want work doing on the roof in the future - Lee would be my first port of call, without a doubt.
