I asked him to give me a quote on a job that i want doing, I felt like he did not want to do the job, and that it was to much like hard work for him. also he kept phoning me to ask me if any one has also been in contract with me with other quote, this realy annoyed me.

I asked for an estimate for knocking down a weight baring wall- Graham offered to do the job at a good price. He is knowledgeable and able to explain clearly what has to be done. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I did not go ahead with the planned work.
