Plumbing job in BH23

The job was to fit new taps to both baths and basins in two bathrooms. He supplied and fitted taps which were not suitable for the system. We now have only drips from most of the taps. He said that it was the "systems fault", but he could not explain why he had not checked the system before supplying and fitting the taps. He may be OK for very simple jobs, but I personally would not even consider him. He also offered to fit a new boiler, though it later emerged that he is not "gas safe".
