Was the only one to contact me, he was friendly and honest and expeirenced. He didnt take advantage of our ignorance, he couldve but he didnt. Came the next morning, nice and early so to sort the immersion heater asap. Sorted it in minutes, gave solid advice incase of further problems and knew our green quater area well, which is reassuring that he'd delt with these types of heaters before. I cannot sing his praises enough. My BF and I look forward to something breaking just so we can have him back.
