Plumbing job in NG3

This plumber agreed with me the terms of the job and advised me on keeping costs down,however he was unable to fully complete the task, constantly making remarks that he had other jobs to do and this one was taking too long.He then had to come back in my absence whereupon he made derisory comments about me to a family member. I believe that his manner, conduct and the way he carried out the job was on the whole very poor and I would not recommend him to anyone else!
