Building job in B90
Liam was first class. He kept me update daily with the progress of the project. Trustworthy and high standard of work from him and his team. The quality of the project is outstanding. Having Liam and his team working on the project was an absolute pleasure - I cant recommend him enough. Fair price and a fantastic quality - there should be more builders like Liam and his crew in the world.

Building job in B78
M & M Carpentry & Building built a single storey extension to our new house prior to us moving in, as well as doing several internal projects like taking walls down. Liam gave us all the right information before starting work, pricing, planning, suggestions on layout, everything we needed to know. We had 5 quotes and decided to go with Liam's because of the attention to detail. The build lasted 6 weeks and we were consulted all the way through the process with an almost daily call from Liam to let us know what was happening that day or that week. All the decisions we needed to make, we were consulted about in plenty of time for ordering of materials or having the right guys on site on the right days. The whole process was very well planned and executed very efficiently. We moved in to the house about 24 hours later than planned, which is pretty impressive, and are very pleased with the finished extension and open plan living area. We would happily recommend Liam and M & M Carpentry to anyone.

Loft conversions job in CV32
Very pleased with the whole experience, good quality builder at a very fair price, takes pride in what he does, highly recommended.
Having a kitchen removed and the house extended we expected a certain amount of disruption and upheaval, but Liam and his team were able to accommodate us by creating a temporary area for a sink and the cooker so in fact we were only without an oven for a few nights over the 6 week build. This made life so much easier, and it’s this level of consideration, along with the daily cleaning up and keeping mess to a minimum that made living in the house during the build not really an issue.
The quality of the work is superb, Liam takes a great deal of pride in his work and will not compromise on doing what is right. He was very accommodating to my input, even when I asked for a few little things changed as it started to take shape, again a reflection on him wanting to do a good job and leave us with something we were really happy with. When it comes to choosing finishing touches like doors and windows, again our input was welcomed and with some recommendations from Liam we opted for solid wooden windows and doors out onto the garden that really are a great finishing touch.
Loft conversion is next on the list!
