Richard and Russell arrived on the dot at the arranged time to give a very acceptable quote and to my astonishment and delight said they could do the job the following day - which they did, efficiently and quickly. Actually they would have been even quicker but for a stubborn airlock caused by our antiquated pipework, which they freed with patience and good humour. First class service - especially after 3 plumbers recommended by friends didn't even return our calls.

Didn't turn up on 2 separate occasions and did not call to let me know even though my washing machine was leaking into downstairs and I told them I was 8 months pregnant - would definitely not recommend.
