Loft conversions job in BR6

This is just an interim comment while I prepare a full summary (and in case I cannot get back into the rating section for Making Rooms). In a sentence, Making Rooms were fantastic! Friends and family have said how lucky I have been to get such brilliant builders. Steve and the team effectively took the roof off my house and put a whole new floor on, and yet even a pedant would not find anything to complain about. The team went way beyond my expectations (I can give lots of examples of where this happened). The company were honestly faultless. Steve has my number and I am happy for him to share it with prospective clients if they want to ask me about any specific parts of their performance, but it will only be positive. If I were playing Top Trumps for builders Making Rooms would be my Ferrari! My comments should also be taken in the context that this was a massive piece of work with lots of potential for problems, not a one week project. The work was conducted (by every member of the team) as though they were working on their own house. Steve was on site virtually every single day and was available whenever needed on the phone. I could not be happier and would certainly recommend Making Rooms. Nick
