Mark was employed to replace a radiator 07/01/13. He got radiator sludge all accross my carpet. I gave Mark the option to clean (he failed) it or replace it. 3 months later 07/04/13 & nothing. He tells me that its his insurance company causing delays (3 months??). He suggested giving me 50% towards a carpet (He done this so why 50%).
Ive had to chase him but just excuses.
He never put the caps back on the radiators
He failed to leave a receipt which eventually i got after chasing him for it.
