Plumbing job in LU2

Hiired this tradesman for two jobs, he comes across as charming and knwoledgeable but his work was not as brilliant. The first job which was suppervised was ok, but the second job went totally wrong, the bath he installed doesn't have running hot water and the water doesn't flow completely through the drainage pipe as it is tilted. We contacted the tradesman on several occassions and he failed to pick up his phone and when he finally did pick up he wanted nothing to do with it, despite offering to come back and rectify should anything go wrong. Be careful what he quotes for you as he charged me alot more than he quoted on completion.
