PLEASE CONTACT ME INITIALLY BY EMAIL MESSAGE OR TEXT ONLY. I WILL THEN COME BACK TO YOU. Small double bedroom in Victorian terraced house requires plastering – 3m x 2.4m. Hardwall undercoat and finish on walls, finish skim on new plasterboard ceiling. We are looking for work done to a high standard to match the renovation work that has already been done on this house. In order to avoid wasting your time as well as ours please only respond to this posting if you are able to provide us with references (at the least phone numbers of previous clients ) and you have at least several ratings on this site.

Whole house is being renovated. Think most if not all the room walls need re-plastering (due to bad walls and cracks) and ceilings need skimming because there is either aertex on them or its wallpapered. Looking for a good price to do whole house. Small 3 bed with front room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs.

Job description
We are doing up our lounge at the moment. The lounge is about 3.5mX 4.5mX2.9m. 1 wall is already plastered and skimmed from an earlier transformation. Out of the 3 remaining walls, we have: - 1 wall is back to the brick, - 1 wall with bay windows has top half back to the brick, bottom half with a damp-proofing type cement and plaster skim, - 1 wall with the chimney breast has top half back to the brick, bottom half with a damp-proofing type cement and plaster skim. This is a rough description.
