Jason has been (and continues to be) absolutely brilliant. We are having problems with difficult tenants and a damp issue in our property. We suspected this might be coming from the roof but after taking a look, Jason assured us that the roof and guttering was fine and that the damp problem was due to condensation because of the way the tenants were living. He was very knowledgeable about the subject, even though it's not his specialist area. He could have lied (which I've had some tradespeople do) in order to get the work, but he didn't. He's even agreed to talk to the tenants, who are continuing to be difficult, and explain his findings to them. Even though he didn't do the work, we have other repairs on other properties that we will definitely use Jason for. An honest, genuine and decent man who will give you an honest quote.
