Kitchens job in HP4

Brilliant job done by all the workers, who also fitted multifuel stove,pulled out old fireplace and plastered etc. as well. Friendly guys who know their job well. Very professional. Only problem, it took so long to finish, but well worth waiting for in the end!

Building job in HP6

The person who runs Oakwood Property Solutions, Trevor Whitehead, responded promptly (on the same day) to the posting I put on the Rated People website. He was very keen to come round to my house as soon as it was convenient to me, so he could view the job and price it up. He arrived exactly on the time we'd agreed and he gave me a quote only a few days afterwards so the initial process only took a few days. Other contractors were not so easy to get quotes from and since Trevor's quote was also the most competitive, it was an easy decision to select Oakwood to do the work for us. They were also quite flexible on the timing, agreeing a time and date to suit us - we needed the job done before Christmas and they fitted it in-between their other jobs. The work itself was done by a small team who were very nice, efficient and did a great job, including a good clean up afterwards. They also managed to fix something else for me in the house whilst they were there so I got good service and good value for money. Overall, I am very pleased with the process and very satisfied with the quality of the work they did so I'd have no difficulty rating Oakwood very highly and would certainly be giving them first option to quote on the work we'll be needing in our house in future.
