Building job in BS5

I was advised by text message that somebody would be in contact with me regards the job I had, this never happened, it is not a very good image for Rated People if company's cannot be bothered to contact anybody because the job may be too small for them to do. The job has now been done by somebody else which has lead to them doing more work for me.
