We've just moved in to our house and although ultimately it wasn't good news and an issue was unearthed that we'll have to deal with at a later date, Gary arrived very promptly at our convenience, fixed our immediate problem and was very thorough in diagnosing the fault. We intend to ask him back when we're ready to deal with the re-wiring.
