Our Experience

We began trading back in 1999 as property developers by buying run-down property, re-furbishing them and selling them on at a profit.

We quickly built up a huge amount of trade contacts and found some excellent tradesmen and were very successful.

We had turned around over sixty properties up to 2008 when the market disappeared very quickly, and at that point we decided to use our skills and carry on in the same line of work but for other people.

Since then, in the past four years, we have carried out many high quality jobs for customers including new kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, in fact pretty much everything to do with property!

Kitchens job in BL7

We are really Pleased with our new kitchen and were very satisfied with the work done by Paul and his team. We had bought the units, sink etc but paul managed tge whole process of ripping out, plumbing, joining, electrics etc so we didnt have to worry about anything. We didn't really know where to begin with getting a kitchen done but Paul was so helpful through the whole process, advising us on how many tiles to buy, suggesting solutions to space issues in the kitchen etc. I often emailed him a question regarding some small kitchen matter and he always got back to me really promptly. A thorough quote and schedule of work was sent to us at the start of the process, Paul and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed in time. We were extremely impressed with the standard of work done and the level of professionalism. Would definitely reccommend to anyone for any renovation project in the home and have already asked Paul to give us a quote for our bathroom

Plumbing job in SK3

Very clear and detailed quote. Work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Paul came up with the solution required to fit appliances into our new house, even though it wasn't straightforward and required extending a cold water pipe and moving a radiator. Very pleased with the result and the time in which the work was carried out. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Building job in PR7

We started this job with only a rough idea what we wanted and whether it was possible. Paul was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful in giving us ideas and drawing up plans. He provided a detailed quote with possible options to save money along with potential extra costs that were unknown at the time of the quote. Once the quote was accepted Paul drew up a very detailed schedule of what would be happening on each day which was stuck to rigorously. The work took a little longer than planned but this was due to us asking for extra things to be done along the way, which Paul was very accomodating about. The after service has also been excellent whenever we've had any questions even many months after the work was completed. Overall Paul was much better than we could have hoped and its now been around 9 months since the work has been done and we couldnt be happier with our new kitchen
