I'm Paul of (PPS),Paul's Property Services.     Offering an economic and comprehensive service,
PPS specialises in most aspects of Property Care, including external and internal decorating, drain & gutter cleaning, plumbing, repairs to brickwork, repointing and external cladding in wood and PVC.     PPS has repaired/refurbished period properties and worked on contempory buildings and houses.

Did a fantastic job, worked hard until it was all done and tidied up after himself. Very polite and didnt seem to mind working around kids - just got with it! Would highly recommend him and have booked to use him again on other jobs.

External decoration of a Bournemouth bungalow. The externals of the property made good before sale.
A large detached property we decorated in Bournemouth. Walls Dulux satin emulsion GY58. Ceiling and coving in matt brilliant white. This is the lounge.
A flat we decorated in Gosport, Hants, made ready for sale. Walls magnolia, woodwork and ceilings in brilliant white gloss and matt white respectively.

Offices in Hythe Hants. The customer required that three stud walls were to be removed creating more space in two offices. The photo shows one of the offices before and after work.

A bungalow in Blandford Forum. Decorating a bedroom and bathroom, the customer chose subtle shades of green from the Dulux colour palette to compliment the decor.
Shop fronts in Emsworth Hants. The customer requested PPS to decorate the shop front and flat entrance. Wet rot was exposed cut out, replaced and treated with wood preservative.

We replaced a corroded light unit with a new non corrodable unit.
The chimney of a detached house in Andover Hants. The customer wanted the external chimney cleaning and painting.Early morning start.

Work in progress on the lower part of chimney, at this stage we were waiting for the scaffold to arrive, to work at the higher levels.
The work was completed in one day. By the time we had taken down the scaffold tower and cleared away it was almost dark, but the chimney looks good and the customer is pleased with the result.
A complete bathroom we fitted in Bournemouth,Dorset.Together with our customer we designed and fitted to a high standard.

Ergonomic and modern
Attention to detail is the key to a desirable outcome.
We fitted this kitchen in a period house in Malvern Worcs. The old kitchen windows and flooring were removed and all new units were fitted. The floor tiles are Italian porcelain, lovely finish.
