Flooring job in BR3

Craig came and sanded our oak floor way which had been unsealed for some time. it came up a treat. there were a few spaces between the planks which i would have liked filling and had to keep asking him to do. Also some hairs and some air bubbles have been sealed under the varnish which i feel need to be removed.i had a chip in one of the planks right in the centre of the floor which have also liked he half filled and which i beieve with more effort would have been unnoticable

Also some hairs and some air bubbles have been sealed under the varnish which i feel need to be removed.i would have also liked the chipped planks repaired
