Richard did all that was asked and also just a little bit more. He was attentive to detail and although he took longer than we thought it was only because he he did not rush but was very thorough. I would recommend him and will consider using him again.

Richard was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I am very, very pleased with the work carried out, and it was also a very messy job, but they cleaned up brilliantly when they had finished. I now have, at long last, a central heating system that actually works, where other heating engineers have failed, including British Gas Thank you!!!
