Our Experience

Hello and welcome to
PLUMBING & HEATING DESIGN SOLUTIONS 
we are relativlly new to Rated People 
(and would very much appreciate our cliant feed back) 
but certainly not new to the industry.
My father started in the business some 60 years ago
And I have been trading for the last 25 years 
We offer fully qualified registered installers for all your
gas boiler repairs, installation and servicing needs
and carry accreditation to a number of governing bodies  to offer a 
quality assured design and installation of unvented cylinders 
Wet room projects & Bathroom conversions  
We can also  recommend highly skilled sub-contractor tilers, electrician 
and plasterer for all our projects

a complex project this one a 4 bathroom house.... five bedrooms with underfloor heating in large to new extension radiators to the old part of the house and a 300 litre pressurised hot water cylinder to supply plenty of hot water

a combination boiler installation in the old airing cupboard which used to house the hot water cylinder note the pump to the left necessary to remove the products of condensate and the familiar magna clean filter
a new boiler and heating system installation
the magna clean is a common installation on almost every boiler installation these days these clever devices dramatically improve system efficiancy over the years by capturing the harmful magnatite particals which cause black sludge
a new boiler installation this BAXI NETA TEC 28kw is a small compact Boiler measuring just 700mm high 390mm wide and is designed to be installed inside a standard kitchen cabinet
most our installations have a remote thermostat and time clock the transmitter of which can be seen here underneath the boiler
once again you can see a magna clean filter on the return just above the boiler
another combination boiler installed in an airing cupboard complete with vertical flue through into the loft and out through a roof terminal and magna clean
