I am looking for someone to tile my kitchen floor, ideally next week (week beginning 26th September). I will be supplying the tiles and it will be tiling over existing lino. The area is approx 2mx3m. I live in N5, Highbury/Holloway. I am quite a perfectionist, so looking for someone with recommendations and experience! Please also include rates. Thank you.

To fit, or supply and fit (if so inc, underlay) laminate flooring covering 23M squared to two rooms, lounge and hall, with 2 thresholds, in 1st floor flat currently have carpet, underlay, then concrete floor underneath. Should be pretty straightforward job Need an overall price and a price per square metre, with or without supply (though understand price of the former would obv be dependent on type of laminate) Thanks Ben

Job description
The path measures around 1.5m x 3.1m. It's a Warner flat and I'd like the original stlye to be retained - red and black Victorian-style tiles 15cm x 15cm. They don't have to be original Victorian tiles as long as they look similar. I think a new base may need to be laid as there are quite a few cracked and broken tiles, and some missing tiles have been filled in with concrete, and there may be a small amount of subsidence though I'm not sure about that.

It took a bit longer than I'd hoped to get it all finished but that was due to a combination of a lot of wet weather and a delay in getting the tiles delivered, rather than any unreliability on the part of PN Tiling. They stayed in touch throughout, and got the preparation done while waiting for the tiles, and the finished product looks great! Wasn't as cheap as some other quotes I had, but Paul gave me more confidence that the job would be done professionally, which it absolutely was."
