I had a polite call to confirm Precision Property Maintenance could attend with a no call out charge. The labour charges were explained and I was given a contact name and a time of appointment.
The engineer arrived bang on time, diagnosed the fault and quickly set about fixing it even though he needed to go and obtain the part required. He was very polite and explained the costs very clearly and seeked my approval in advance.
I would not hesitate in using this company again.
