Always easy to contact. Best to always keep in contact and phone to confirm dates/times near to booked dates as on more than one occasion someone turned up 1 or 2 days/hours before I was expecting them. most important though is that they did a good job. Although not the cheapest, all tradesmen from scaffolders to repairers for the roof were from the company not sub contractors and were friendly. Waiting for heavy rain to see if problem is fixed but have high confidence it is fixed properly.

Excellent Customer Service! We were given a Detailed quote of the work and the cost with an explanation of how the job would be carried out. The Workman were polite and informative, they arrived on time carried out the works and left everywhere tidy. Happy to recommend others and would definitely use them again.
