Job description
As part of a wider kitchen refurbishment project I am considering replacing the kitchen windows which are reaching the end of their useful life. I am keen to retain the properties character therefore I will only consider wooden frames. Insulation is very important to me and I am interested in products which will provide a high u value. In addition I am also looking for a new rear entrance door.

He organised the other trades, he offered solutions to the issues and attended site every day until completed. He is a very experienced builder and would recommend him for a similar loft conversion."

Strip out and make good utility and kitchen ready for freestanding units. Kitchen is fully tiled, all of which need coming of and replastering of whole room. Strip out existing cloakroom and refit. Hang 12 internal doors and tile hallway.
