Richard came out and carried work me that was asked, he did a good job however he was meant to come back and finish of the job. I called and spoke to him - he agreed to come out but never. this is really disappointing, he seemed like a really nice young man who conducted himself well in business - shame really.
If he had followed through on his word and came back – I would have highly recommended him, as in business - personal recommendations are the key to success any business.
