Thanks very much bill any probs give me a call also I didn't say to you I will do a free first year service of the alarm system this usually covers batteries but as it was your system can't . But I've put u in my diary for this time next year so If you get the batteries I will replace any that are low for you . If I don't here from u before I will contact u when the service is due . Roy was very helpful and courteous, he was flexible enough to fit in with our working hours and was knowledgeable about the alarm system he installed and comissioned. We would recommend him to all and will not hesitate to use him if when we require further electrical works on our house. He clearly knew enough about the alarm system to give us the confidence that the quote he gave us was both value for money and competitive.
