Scott got back to me by phone within minutes after placing the job. Communicated well, diagnosed problem over the phone. Had to wait a few days for part, but not his fault and he kept me informed. Friendly, well-mannered, and efficient when it came to the job. Following completion of job, he charged less than originally quoted. Would definitely recommend and will use in future.John, CV11
