Simon gave a very reasonable quote. However, I had to ask him to correct several mistakes in the wallpapering. He also ripped 3 sheets of expensive wallpaper.
To his credit, Simon responded well to the constructive request to correct his errors, apologised and agreed to return in 2 days to complete the work. I felt that this was acceptable.
However, he never returned to do this and now isn't contactable.
I would have given a more constructive comment had he returned as agreed.
