I had a problem with water in the loft, Steve came promptly, came at a time to suit me and I think he gave me good advice because it was difficult to be certain where the water was coming from, he suggested we start with sorting out the condensation which had to be fixed anyway before doing expensive roof work, I might not know for a little while if its cured the problem but he charged a very reasonable price and I will use his services again. On top of that, he's nice and friendly and helpful.
