Plumbing job in PR25

From beginning to end the work undertaken on the bathroom has been excellent. Work started every day before 8.00 am and I appreciated all the time and effort John personally put into making it as lovely as it is, nothing was too much trouble. The plasterer and joiner also did a good job. Getting in touch with rated people and posting my job on line was the best thing I ever did. There is no doubt that should I require any work doing in the future that I would not hesitate to contact John direct and definitely have no hesitation in recommending SME Plumbing Ltd to my friends, neighbours and family. Building job in BB4

We felt comfortable with the whole process from quotation to completion. The team were courteous, reliable, respectful of our home and their attention to detail was brilliant. They were compliant to our desires and would point out and advise when our thoughts did not make sense. Even the dreaded "extras" was not a shock to us as we agreed them during the work in progress. We have never before used a building firm for repeat business but we are already in consultation with them for further work.

works in progress on a large conservatory in liverpool.
Extension above garage in birkdale, project was to take off garage roof build new first floor brickwork re-fit roof trusses on new brickwork to form 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The second project for above customer was to construct a new Conservatory, project included piling due to soft ground, also included was the decked area and block paving.
kitchen in kirkham see images 5 6 and 7. The customerhad two rooms with a small kitchen, project included cutting out wall and installing a rsj to form 1 large area for the kitchen, new false ceiling with downlighters, leveling the floor
and laying new floor tiles, as you can see they have a nice new large kitchen now.
