Paid deposit for roof work, missed start date, delayed again, increased the rice, delayed again, delayed again then he told us he wasn’t doing any work for us. Asked for deposit back, ignored, sent 14 day notice of court action, ignored, raised small court claim, he delayed it by 14 days then failed to respond so CCJ raised.

Thank you to Brian and his team. We had been left in the lurch by another roofer just as our house was put up for sale - Brian quoted the day after I had put the job up and had it finished within the week. Southdown Roofing is very reasonably priced, uses good quality materials, worked for as long as they could in the bad weather and cleared up as though they had never been! I also have a transferable long life guarantee which helps with my house sale. Great service and I would definitely use them again.
