I am extremely satisfied with my dormer roof extension. Brian and his team were professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Never having had any building work before I was apprensive but disruption was kept to a minimum and the final result was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him.

Building job in PO17

Brian and his team had to undergo some really difficult conditions in order to carry out the works which they did in a most satisfactory way. The difficulty was caused mainly by the neighbours not allowing a scaffolding on the side of the property in order to carry out brickwork and roofing works. His assistance and perseverance in light of these conditons was commendable. Many thanks to him and his team.

double storey extension the top half is timber framed. the job finnished on time and on budget with alterations to contract, the customer was delighted and weve carried out othere works for this and other customers.
with the wall out the kitchen fitted and new wiood floor laid all that is left is the painting. we do however much or litle as you require and were happy to adjust as work progresses.
front wall steped to slope both customers (neibours) were delighted with the results and impressed with how clean we left the site.

dinning room in a v large house solid wood floors laid throughout new fireplaces and curtain pelmets.
double garage with full electrics and electric roller blind door to front.
reear extension with a existing garage new french doors backroom, and new kitchen, kitchen dg had blinds fitted inbetween the glass panes of the dg.
this is a very large double glazed pair of french doors fitted in a large appartment we fitted 2 of these doors.
complete kitchen refurb, new electrics, plumbing, tileing.
this was a hall refurb with a customer who new exactly what she wanted, in the picture you can see the checquer tileing, new understairs cabinete. we managed to keep the customer happy and she was delighted with the end result.

very large rear extension, with 2 rooflights double french doors we had a fibreglass roof fitted with a 30yr waurentee on the roof, indian stone patio layed all round the property.

this is a large wall taken out in the basement waiting for steels to be put in. we also took up the floor in this room and laid underfloor heating before replacing the original 4inch thick flagstones.

this is a medium size opening notice that the head is supported at all times the walls are 18 inches thick on this wall. and there will be a lot of weight above, so caution is the watch word.

pitched roof onto a flat roof. the pitched is a new extension and the flat roof is on a existing garage with some alterations.

customer had roting round posts and wanted something simular but didnt know what so we came up with this and the customer loved the effect.

this was a job for a previouse customer the wall is a retainig wall incorporating a planter and to the left of the picture a bbq.
large side and rear extension with a rooflight sourced through the internet was excellent quality and the customer was delighted. the glass is blue glass and never needs cleaning.
here we took out the dividing wall of the original kitchen and dinning room, this is a small opening and although we are experienced in this i wouldnt recomend doing this to a d i yer.
this job was a very large conversion of a gymnasian to a 6 bedroom ensuite appartment in this pic wed just finnished spraying the hall. much quicker and cheaper than a load of blokes with rollers
trussed roof with a hipped hand cut roof on a 1st floor extension. customer ordered trusses and unfortunately trusses were wrong to save customers paying out more money we were able to make them work with a little engenuity.
underfloor heating in new extension, the customer had fitted throughout the house, all rooms are independent and are controlled by a electronic thermostats.

this is a beutifull marble floor the floor was laid through the ground floor with underfloor heating, the floor was fantastic to walk on without shoes on, the customer was over the moon, and weve completed othere projects for them.

this roof was a hipped roof, we built the gable up fitted 2 new velux windows fitted new joists internally a new bedroom whith ensuite. client was so pleased were going back in oct to fit a roof lantern.
