"We had some sounproofing work done to two rooms. This guy is absolutely the best. Reliable communications, spot on time for every appointment. Firstly his advice was extremely helpful. Workmanship was of the highest quality. Hovered and washed floors to finish. Nothing seemed too much for him. On top of that his price was very reasonable and competitive. "Didn't award the job to him, as he didn't turn up for appointment (which I had left work early for) and didn't call to rearrange or apologise. When I called him next day to see if there was a problem, he made me wait even longer whilst he 'finished his dinner'! When he eventually called me back his excuse was that he forgot! Obviously cannot comment on his quailty or value (previous ratings would suggest that these are good), but very poor rating from me due to him wasting my time and treating me with disrespect."
